DV Brain Storming Session

Brain Storming Session

Open To EVERYONE in 2017!!

That said: this session is NOT for Q&A around the basics of Data Vault.  This session is for intermediate and advanced topics.  Please have at least a working knowledge of Data Vault before attending this session.

We invite your to join (yes, extra cost, yes, extra time) a our 1/2 day preconference brain storming session.  If you like brainstorming, white boarding, and discussing “bleeding edge” items, or just clearing the air and getting common questions answered, then this is the place to be.

We do not record this event, nor share this event.  This is a limited seating arrangement, in order to discuss:

  • What’s next with DV?  What’s beyond DV2?
  • What does Big Data, Internet of Things, and DV2 have in common?
  • How does DV2 change when the model is placed on Non-Relational NoSQL devices?
  • How does Real Time Analytics work with DV2?
  • How does DV2 support the Internet-of-things?
  • And much much more.

In 2016, we had discussions on hashing, how & when, proper hashing, hash collisions.  We had discussions on real-time flows, multi-active satellites, and peg leg links.  All in all, it’s a wonderful time to just ask questions of certified individuals, get feedback on things that are nagging you, and learn a bit more – one on one training almost!

This is a PRE-CONFERENCE MEETING SESSION, and is not part of the regular agenda.  In fact, the agenda is usually decided upon by the participants.  We have open discussions, and white-boarding to answer questions, postulate the future, and see how we can help with the development of the Data Vault community at large.
