Richard has been developing, implementing, and managing CRE business solutions, including process improvement, operational efficiencies and Alternative Workplace Strategies since the early 1990s. As Solutions Manager at Sun Microsystems he was tasked with the design, roll out, and management of Sun’s Global Innovators award- winning Alternative Workplace Strategy (iWork) program.
Prior to Sun, Richard served clients of HOK, the global architecture and engineering firm; managed campus facilities for San Jose State University’s College of Humanities and the Arts; worked as an industrial designer, and conducted research at NASA Ames and Xerox PARC.
He is a frequent guest speaker on technology, AWS, and social media for CoreNet Global. He has written numerous articles for publications in the facilities management industry, is a contributor to The Leader Magazine.
