You will have to pay EXTRA for Rental Car to drive across international lines, and you will have to cross the border in to the US – which sometimes, the lines can be long (1 hour or more wait time)
** The Canadian Border can be difficult sometimes, and rental car fees increase when you are driving across the US border from Canada, some of the freeway signs are misleading – and you can end up in New York State (adding another hour to your drive) **

This is your BEST BET, you can fly direct from Philadelphia, Chicago, New York, New Jersey, or Washington DC.
Boston, Massachussettes – Code: BOS
Estimated Driving time: 4 & 1/2 hours north.
The roads at this time of year will be dry as we head in to our summer season. The drive is LONG. You *might* fight with traffic getting in and out of Boston Airport – especially between the hours of 06:30 am to 9:00 am, and again between 3:30 pm and 6:30 pm. Rush hour-traffic can be extremely thick.
