Monday – Opening Dinner Hosted by DVA

DVA and dFakto will be hosting our Opening Dinner on Monday night.

We are pleased to offer as a starter the Chef’s Selection of Soup, followed by the Stoweflake’s choice of a wonderful Vegan Ravioli or delicious Herb Grilled Swordfish with Sweet Corn Coulis as our main entree offerings.  Our entrees will be complimented by a Mesclun salad, Roasted Heirloom Potatoes and seasonal vegetables, freshly baked rolls, and the Chef’s selection of Assorted Cakes and Pies.  Freshly Brewed Coffee, Decaffeinated Coffee and Tea Selections will be available during our dining experience.

We will offer a Cash Bar with two complimentary tickets that can be used for wine or beer.  Non-alcoholic beverages such as sodas and some juices will be complimentary.  Adult beverages other than wine and beer will be available for purchase at the Cash Bar.
