Meg is responsible for the MOBE Lifestyle and Medication Services program, the supporting digital and content strategy and overall operations. Her efforts ensure that MOBE teams have the necessary tools, resources, training, and strategies to continuously advance the program for participants—through a one-of-a-kind experience driven by outcome-based health.

Meg has over 25 years of experience developing strategies that drive growth and retention for market leading organizations. She is a results-oriented healthcare executive with a proven track record of delivering exceptional experiences in world-class organizations. Prior leadership positions included Vice President of Digital Strategy & Engagement at Anthem, Vice President of Product Management & Design at WebMD Health Services, Vice President of the Consumer Portal at United Health Group and was part of Arthur Andersen’s Business Consulting National Financial Services practice.

Meg truly believes that great consumer experiences don’t happen by accident, instead must be thoughtfully orchestrated leveraging data, insights, analytics and progressive product development practices. Meg is focused on reinventing the end-to-end customer experience through strategy development, process, digital transformation and automation. She is passionate about the role innovation, design thinking, digital product management and technology solutions can play in reducing the complexity of healthcare.

Meg earned her undergraduate degree in economics at Saint John Fisher College, and her master’s in business administration management at Penn State. She has continuously invested time in work that improves lives; for three years, she served on the board of a startup that used maternity data and analytics to help create innovative health solutions and is currently a founding member of a non-profit giving organization in Louisville, KY. Her husband Greg is a licensed clinical social worker and artist, and together they’re avid travelers with love for adventure, art, and metal music.
