WWDVC 2026: A Hands-On Data Vault Experience You Can’t Get Anywhere Else
The World-Wide Data Vault Consortium (WWDVC) is back for 2026!
For the first time ever, WWDVC 2026 will be entirely focused on hands-on workshops, where learning happens not from the sidelines, but in the trenches. Attendees will have the unique opportunity to work side by side with some of the most respected minds in data management; Dan Linstedt, Cindi Meyersohn, C. J. Date, Scott Ambler, Doug Needham, Mary Mink, Paul Hooper, and Luan Moreno – an environment designed for collaboration, exploration, and skill-building.
And as if that wasn’t enough, we’re thrilled to welcome Bill Inmon, the “Father of Data Warehousing,” as a special guest for this year’s event.
Why Hands-On Workshops Matter
Over the years, WWDVC has become the home of cutting-edge ideas, innovation, and thought leadership in Data Vault and data architecture. But as many of our attendees have told us, there’s something special about learning by doing.
Because of this interactive focus, WWDVC 2026 sessions will not be recorded. This means the content and the experience will be exclusively available to those attending in person. What happens in the workshop stays in the experience of the workshop attendees.

Each workshop at WWDVC 2026 offers a rare chance to learn directly from the creators and pioneers shaping the data world:
- Dan Linstedt & Cindi Meyersohn —The driving forces behind the DataVaultAlliance, this dynamic duo will lead interactive sessions on the evolution, governance, and best practices of Data Vault methodology — blending strategic insights with practical application.
- C. J. Date — The legendary relational theorist, will guide a full-day multi-part group of session lectures on rediscovering the power and elegance of relational thinking, a masterclass for data professionals of every level.

Whether you’re new to Data Vault or a seasoned architect looking to sharpen your edge, these workshops are designed to help you build real skills — the kind that stay with you long after the conference ends.
